What we have accomplished...

STOP the City’s Changes That Have Created a Traffic Nightmare

Ensure the roads are not repaved with fewer lanes

Develop an alternate plan for the walking corridor

Minimize cut-through traffic on neighborhood streets

I am not swayed by developers offering donations. I am not running to represent the forces that are profiting from us.
I'm running to represent you.

It has been my honor to represent District 3 as your commissioner the last 15 months. Together we have accomplished so much

  • Focus on Atlantic Blvd travel lanes

  • Fought to keep city tax rate unchanged

  • Added speed tables throughout neighborhoods

  • Partner with residents to tackle nuisance properties

  • Work closely with BSO. Crime was down xx% in the district.

  • Opened the brand new facility YSC

  • Renovated Kester park and championed youth sport programs

  • Focused on cleanliness including updating neighborhood signs, adding new sidewalks, pushing developers to maintain vacant lots and adding garbage cans in strategic locations.

  • Opposed code amendments that increase density, dilute B-2 zoning and increase building heights

  • Led efforts to increase the developer buyout fee and strengthen our parking requirements for new developments.

  • Worked with the city clerk to ensure our advisory boards have full membership and are now meeting regularly.
  • Improved communication and transparency with monthly newsletter, community meeting and social meeting

I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting so many residents and business owners in the district. I look forward to continuing the important work we have started. In the next year we will see great progress in the district. The Lyons Park project will come to an end. Construction of new pickleball courts at Kip Jacoby Park will begin. 6th Terrace bridge construction will begin. I hope you entrust me to continue representing YOU

I will continue to fight for lower taxes and elimination of wasteful spending.

Traffic in the district remains my highest priority. I continue to push my colleagues to work with me to resolve Atlantic Blvd.
